Calling all volunteers!  We are looking for volunteers to fill the following positions.  Reach out to president@lamarpta.org if you are interested in volunteering.

Oversees LamarFest and leads the LamarFest committee. The chairperson will book vendors and food trucks. With help from the committee, they will coordinate sponsorship, volunteers, performances, and activities.

Coordinates and plans the spring student dance.

A member of the advocacy committee. The Legislative Liaison helps to keep PTA Members up to date on current issues of state and national PTAs, and can provide an input into the Advocacy Chair’s plan with recommendations on speakers and education for the PTA General Body, actions for the Executive Board, etc. Coordinate with ACPTA and TXPTA on Rally Day during legislative years.
